Payment Policy
We accept all out of network insurance plans for chronic pain patients. We do not take insurance for medical marijuana evaluations. For those patients who do not have out of network benefits please call our office to discuss pricing. If you have any questions or need clarification of any of the above policies, please contact us. Medical services are provided and billed by ITAV Pain Management of New York. Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible.
